Puglia Plate - Slip trail designed Il sole face with brass wall hook

Using fine terracotta this hand built plate is formed using a vintage plate sourced in the markets in Puglia. Made over several days, the process of pairing back the clay and refining edges and texture allow each piece to be entirely unique and embrace individual irregularities. 

This piece uses the method of slip trailing to add texture and depth to the design. We encourage that this piece is used decoratively and also functionally.
