Terracotta jug - Sicilian yellow

Hand thrown in Italian terracotta clay, this jug is hand painted with a particular engobe and Italian pigment sourced while in Italy. Design to reflect traditional antique ceramics from Sicily.

Care: Gentle hand wash recommended

Please note: While all efforts have been made to seal the base of this piece it is the nature of earthenware to be slightly porous. A place matt is recommended if using for dining to ensure that there is no transfer of moisture that could mark the table.
